Car proceeded to act up and not want to start, ended up limpinge car in and when dropped it off the car didn't start for the attendant.
Told him the story and needless to say I'm finished with alamo car rental services. Need to download an app to connect your phone to the car which was very faulty but that was all Nissan. the pick up took over an hour and they went from 8 people at the desk down to 4 during a busy time.
Also a great compact car for the Road to Hana First, Payless was very hard to find, turns out it was inside the Budget Care rental place. Car was reserved for a total of 8, but charge at counter came to 0. Also the compact was supposed to be a Nissan Versa Sedan or equal, but was the smaller Nissan Versa Note model, with no trunk, which is not equal but lesser.
I was also told that it could take 3 to 6 weeks for the parts to come from the mainland.
5 mins with the man behind the desk and 1 minute in the parking lot and we were out of Alamo. everyone in line was very frustrated and I found the experience unacceptable.
I will not lease from them again due to the experience. They also extorted an additional 5 for insurance coverage.
When I brought it back on my return, they were very helpful!
